1. Definitions and Scope

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and their balances frozen while an investigation is carried out.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits are final once processed and cannot be reversed. If any technical issue occurs during a transaction, users are asked to contact ace81s customer support as soon as possible.

4. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

4.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ace81s offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is set at 20x the bonus amount received. Bonus funds can only be converted to withdrawable funds once the wagering requirement has been fully met. Here is a larger example: a deposit of RM1,200 generates a maximum bonus of RM500, a balance of RM1,700, and a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• ace81s reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been misused or obtained through improper means.
• Other promotions have their own terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.

6. Game Rules

ace81s total liability to any user will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting ace81s customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance (after withdrawal requirements are met) will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

9.2 Closure by ace81s

ace81s reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any term in this document.
• There is suspicious activity or activity potentially involving fraud.
• Registration information is found to be false or incomplete.
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Law and Jurisdiction
